How does FutureNowRx work?
You choose what you'd like help with and fill out a short online health questionnaire. A licensed provider reviews your answers and may ask follow-up questions. If a treatment is a good fit, they prescribe it, a licensed partner pharmacy fills it, and it ships to you in plain packaging. Your care team stays available for check-ins and questions.
Does a provider review my intake?
Yes, every time. A licensed provider authorized to practice in your state reviews each intake before any prescription is written. Depending on your history, they may request more information, lab work or a video or phone consultation first.
Am I guaranteed a prescription?
No. Completing an intake does not guarantee treatment. Your provider prescribes only when they decide a medication is clinically appropriate for you.
Who provides my care?
Clinical care is provided by licensed medical providers affiliated with Elite Care Health, an independent physician group. FutureNowRx is a technology platform and does not provide medical care itself.
Who fills my prescription?
Prescriptions are filled by Rx Ave, a licensed U.S. pharmacy, and shipped directly to you. FutureNowRx is not a pharmacy.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not evaluate them for safety, effectiveness or quality. They are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient based on a provider's prescription.
Is telehealth care available in my state?
Care is offered only where telehealth is permitted by law, and only by providers licensed in the state where you are located. Availability may expand over time.
How is my order packaged?
Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging, with nothing on the outside that shows what's inside.
Can I use FutureNowRx in an emergency?
No. FutureNowRx is not for medical emergencies. If you think you're having one, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Can I cancel my program?
