About Our Service
How does this service save me time and money?
Our platform is designed to give you fast, affordable care without the traditional hurdles of scheduling, commuting, or waiting rooms. By using secure digital assessments and partnering with licensed providers, we reduce overhead and keep medication prices low—often without needing insurance.
Is this service right for everyone?
Our care is available to adults 18 and older across the United States. If you’re looking for convenient, straightforward access to providers and treatment, our service may be a great fit.
How is this different from a traditional doctor visit?
Most conditions we treat do not require a live video appointment. Instead, you complete a guided online questionnaire that your provider reviews. For conditions where state law requires it—or if you prefer—you can also meet by video or phone.
Is the service private and secure?
Absolutely. We follow strict state and federal regulations to protect your personal and health information. Your data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes. You can review our privacy policy and terms of use at any time.
Does my primary care provider see my treatment history?
We do not share your information with outside providers unless you request that we do. If your primary care provider or specialist has access to your medical records through another system you’ve authorized, they may be able to view your prescriptions.
Do you share my information with third parties?
Never for marketing or advertising. Your medical information is only used to provide you with safe, accurate healthcare.
Is this a subscription service?
No. There are no membership fees. You’ll always see pricing before you purchase. If your prescription includes refills, we schedule them automatically for convenience—but you can pause, skip, or manage them anytime.
What makes this service unique?
We focus on affordability, ease of use, and accessibility. We offer transparent pricing, flexible refill management, and exceptional customer support—with care available anywhere you have internet.
Telehealth
How long does a consultation take?
Most assessments take only minutes to complete. Providers typically review and prescribe treatment (when appropriate) much faster than traditional in-person visits.
Are prescriptions available in my state?
Yes, we ship to all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Some conditions may have state-specific restrictions, which will be noted during your visit.
How are provider consultations conducted?
Many visits are questionnaire-based, meaning no video is required. For mental health and other conditions requiring a live evaluation, you can schedule a video appointment at a time that works best for you.
Who are the medical providers?
Our providers include licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and other credentialed professionals. Every provider is fully trained and licensed in the state where you receive care.
How fast do providers review my information?
During clinical hours, most assessments are reviewed within a few hours. In some cases, reviews may take up to 24 hours. If follow-up questions are needed, a provider may reach out by phone or secure message.
Cost & Pricing
How much does a consultation cost?
Consultation fees vary by condition but are always shown clearly before you begin. Many evaluations are low-cost or even free when medications are filled through our pharmacy.
Are there additional fees for follow-up care?
Follow-ups may have a small fee, depending on whether a new prescription is required. You can always speak with a pharmacist at no cost.
Will my insurance cover consultation or medication costs?
We do not bill insurance directly to keep pricing simple and affordable. Many patients choose to submit receipts to their insurance or HSA/FSA provider for potential reimbursement.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit/debit cards as well as HSA and FSA cards.
Why do charges appear separately?
Provider fees and medication costs are processed separately to keep pricing transparent. Shipping—when standard—is free.
Orders & Shipping
How fast is shipping?
Most prescriptions ship within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Standard shipping is free. Expedited options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Where can my order be shipped?
Orders can be shipped to any U.S. address, including P.O. boxes. Please ensure your profile information is current, as prescriptions can only be shipped to the address on file.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details and a notification when your order is delivered.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
Contact our support team—we’ll resolve the issue quickly.
Can I send my prescription to a local pharmacy?
Yes, you may choose your own pharmacy at checkout. Note that provider evaluation fees may differ when not using our pharmacy.
Medical & Care Delivery
Are the medications safe?
Yes. All medications are FDA-approved and dispensed by licensed U.S. pharmacies. Providers review your health history to ensure treatments are safe for you.
Will my current medications interact with treatment?
Always list any medications, supplements, or vitamins you take during your assessment. Providers and pharmacists check for interactions before approving treatment.
How do I get refills?
If your prescription includes refills, they’ll ship automatically on schedule. You can also request an early refill from your account. If you’re out of refills, simply complete a follow-up visit.
Do I need a follow-up every time I need more medication?
Not always. Some treatments can be prescribed for several months at a time. You’ll only need a follow-up when all refills have been used or when medically required.
Can I use an outside prescription?
We can only fill prescriptions written by our providers.
What do I do in a medical emergency?
Call 911 immediately. Our service is not intended for emergency care.
What if my medication looks different from my last refill?
Generic medications can vary in appearance depending on the manufacturer. Even if the color, shape, or imprint changes, the active ingredient and effectiveness remain the same.
