Excluded medications include:
- Controlled substances
- Medications previously prescribed through Future Now Rx
- Injectable medications (except insulin and epinephrine pens)
- Medications not taken regularly (e.g., antibiotics, antivirals, antifungals)
- Fertility medications
- Blood thinners
- Compounded medications
- Prescriptions filled outside the U.S.

Can I get an emergency prescription refill?
Yes. We can provide a refill for most regular, non-controlled medications in emergencies, beyond what a pharmacist can prescribe.
Can I refill a prescription if it’s lost, stolen, or left at home?
Yes. If your prescription is lost, stolen, or left behind, our U.S. licensed doctors can provide a refill (up to 90 days) online for most regular, non-controlled medications. Service is available in the contiguous U.S. only.
Do you offer online prescription refills across the U.S.?
Yes. Prescriptions can be sent to any local U.S. pharmacy.
Can I refill multiple prescriptions per visit?
Yes. Our $49 online visit can include multiple medications, as long as they are eligible.
Do you refill prescriptions for minors?
No. Service is only available for adults 18+.
Am I guaranteed a prescription refill?

Can I continue refills online through Future Now Rx?
No. This is a one-time refill service to bridge until you can see your primary care provider. Ongoing treatment and new medications require separate assessments and visits.
What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee?
If you pay $49 and no prescription is sent electronically to your local pharmacy, we will issue a full refund. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 7–10 days.
Refunds are not issued if any prescription is sent, even if partial quantities are provided. For example, if you requested three medications but only one is approved, this counts as a successful outcome.
